The floor standing boilers of the DENS-TEC series are designed as cascade modules, which allows to be prepared in case of failure of one of these modules, since in this case, the other one intervenes to meet the heat demand. This also makes it possible to change the heat exchanger module without disconnecting the heating system, as well as to modulate the flame and automatically calculate the power according to the requirements and to achieve optimum efficiency.
In Flamtech we have two models of condensing thermal groups with premix burner: the DENS-TEC wall-mounted from 32kW to 165kW and the DENS-TEC Floor-mounted, from 231kW to 1288kW, with the following characteristics:

2.- Oil-fired condensing boiler unit
Flamtec offers Fullfens condensing boilers with innovative design and advanced technology that performs the condensation through an economizer made of stainless material located at the rear of the boiler.
Another highlight is the high-performance system in its operations, which gives priority to the boiler's service life in terms of efficiency. The economizer used with stainless steel tubes is produced using special production techniques.
Proof of this are the productivity and efficiency tests carried out in the TSE laboratory on FULLDENS boilers, with an efficiency of 105.6%, thus completing the TSE and CE certification process in accordance with the directive (2009/142/EC) and the new hot water boiler directive (92/42/EC), in addition to the production of condensing boilers in accordance with the TS EN 15417 standard.

High efficiency
FULLDENS condensing boilers are designed to utilize virtually the entire energy content of the fuel, known as the higher heating value.
Compared to standard and low-temperature technology, the condensers also process the condensation heat of the water vapor contained in the flue gas. In this way, oil-fired condensing boiler technology achieves maximum efficiency with the lowest fuel consumption and also the lowest emissions.
Optimal use of fuel
Heating oil contains hydrogen which, when burned, is converted to steam. When the exhaust gases from the combustion process are cooled, the steam contained in them condenses, utilizing the heat from the condensation process, which helps to improve the heating system.
For this, the flue gas must be cooled below the so-called "dew point temperature" to condense, the point of which depends on the hydrogen content of the fuel and thus on the vapor content of the flue gas. In "extra light" (EL) heating oil, this point is about 47°C, which can result in a production of 0.5 to 1 l of condensate per kg of heating oil.
3.-Thermal unit with three gas-oil or gas flue gas passes
Once again, Flamtec is leading the industry into a whole new dimension with a boiler of vastly increased capacity and performance.
In the thermal group with three real flue gas passages we have the range of central heating boilers of the MSG-MG series. It is a pressurized heat generator in steel, combinable with gas or oil burners, approved by the European Commission. Built and approved in accordance with the Gas 2009/142 / EC directives and
Returns 92/42 / EEC.
These, combined with LOW NOx burners (UNI EN 676: 2008) fall into the low pollution category 5a NOx.
On the other hand, the best SSS and SSA series boilers can operate at a low return temperature limit of 40° C at 100% of the thermal load, resulting, depending on different parameters, in the creation of condensation in the flue gas outlet area.
If equipped with modulating burners, the operating temperature must not fall below 50° C.

The 3-pass boilers offer the best performance and modulation, thus providing better overall efficiency as well as lower carbon and NOx emissions.
