BMS ETC6000
SETC6000 burner management system is designed to manage dual fuel (gas and oil) modulating burners as single fuel or mixed fuel profiles. Variable frequency drive (VFD) fan speed control and oxygen adjustment options are available, which further improve burner efficiency.
Product details Functional integration of burner control, gas leak detection, gas valve testing, flame monitoring, PID modulation and air-fuel ratio control in a single unit simplifies wiring and interconnections and improves reliability.
The small size of the ETC6000 series allows it to be mounted directly inside the burner housing. The ETC6000 has improved combustion and speed reduction, saving up to 5% in fuel costs and significantly reduces harmful CO2 and other flue gas emissions.
The ' modePlant Master' uses Ethernet to connect up to 10 ETC6000 series controllers to the user interface, making it easier than ever to drill down and analyze numerous boiler results.
BMS LMV
The LMV burner management system has integrated burner control, electronic control of the air-fuel ratio and gas test valve in its base unit.
As an option, the system can be equipped with a charge controller, VSD control
. The LMV burner management system not only simplifies burner design, but also makes the production process, assembly and service more efficient. The complex linkage with the mechanical control of the air-fuel ratio is no longer necessary and the flexibility in terms of assembly is considerably increased.
