More information
Modulating burners with electronic regulation regulation represent an evolution of the traditional mechanical type adjustment system towards a digital type system.
The servomotors of each of the air, gas and liquid fuel flow adjustment devices respond to orders from a microprocessor in which the parameter curves defined for each of these elements have been recorded.
- Duoblock burners with high temperature steel housing and combustion head.
- The following fuels may be used:
Natural gas, PCI 6.99 … 11.39 kWh/m3; LPG, PCI 25.89 kWh/m3; Biogas
Heavy oil, viscosity 50°E at 50°C, PCI 10.97 kWh/kg - It is suitable for steam, hot water boiler, furnaces, dryers, thermal oil generators, etc.
- Each burner can be customized to the needs of the installation.
- Digital programming is done on the screen or using a computer, and following the simple instructions.
- The additional advantage offered by the system lies in the precise knowledge of all the commands and all the states of the system as a whole.
- In addition, the microprocessor system also performs the following functions:
- Control and monitoring of the burner start-up and operation phases, with the possibility of configuring the set modes and times;
- Flame control, with different monitoring devices, for intermittent or continuous operation (more than 24 hours);
- Integrated gas valve check system checks for leaks at each burner cycle for added safety
- Up to 15 programmable points for each air-fuel ratio curve
- Access levels are protected by specific passwords corresponding to the different types of users (viewing by customer, programming by technician, etc.).
- The system can be completed by integrating it with a system of automatic adjustment of excess air by oxygen sensor with action on the position of the air damper.

- Finally the fan speed adjustment system with variable speed drive to ensure maximum energy savings, both fuel and electrical energy.
- Standard protection of mechanical parts IP 54.
- IP 65 protection on request.
- The flame can be adjusted according to the combustion chamber.
- Compliance with the following directives:
2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive
2014/30/EU EMC Directive
2006/42/EC Machinery Directive
2011/65/EU RoHS2 Directive
2016/426/EU Gas Appliance Regulation
