At Flamtec Combustión Ibérica, S.L.We are committed to offering a fast and efficient shipping service for all our products, including industrial burners, spare parts and accessories.

We work with the best carriers to ensure that your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. Below are our shipping policies:

• Delivery terms: Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability. Generally, shipments within the national territory are made within 10 working days. For international shipments, delivery times may be longer, depending on the destination.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering, depending on the quantity, weight and destination of the products. We offer standard and express shipping options.
• Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
• International shipments: We ship internationally. For orders outside Spain, please contact us for cost and delivery information.

Order Cancellation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and, therefore, we offer the possibility to cancel your order under certain conditions. Please find our cancellation policies below:

• Unprocessed orders: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request cancellation at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to proceed with the cancellation.
• Orders processed or shipped: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it. In these cases, you will be able to request a return once you receive the product, according to our return policies (see our "Returns" section).
• Refunds: If an order cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase, and the time to reflect in your account will depend on your financial institution.
